It was my first visit and I told the worker that. She was very kind and welcoming and gave me the whole tour of the menu. It's a fast casual setup like Chipotle. You build your meal.

This place is one of my favorites. The food is 11/10. Always fresh. Always delicious. The owner has such great energy and the employees are always so helpful. If you’re intimidated to try this type of cuisine they explain everything to you and are super patient. HIGHLY recommend!

Really fast, really fresh food. Multiple vegetarian protein options. SUPER fast service. If no one is in line, the staff can have your bowl ready in literally a couple minutes. Opt in for tempura crunch, spicy mayo and eel sauce to give your bowl a bit of that over-the-top special sushi roll flavor.

Great food and very good prices. The service was friendly and very patient as my friend and I decided what we wanted. I will be in here every time I am near. I would suggest the citrus soy sauce with the spicy salmon. Delicious.

AMAZING!! Staying in Cleveland for two nights and drove 45 minutes to this location on the recommendation of a friend and it was definitely worth the detour. Super fresh, generous portions, quick to make, and easy to customize for protein and flavor (2 of us are picky eaters). I went with chicken on greens and a combo of sweet/spicy/salty. The flavor was out of this world and very satisfying. It was actually a very healthy meal but the intense flavor from the sauce combo made it feel like a cheat meal, which was a perfect combo! This was actually my first poke' experience and I was pleasantly surprised with how tasty it was. I even thought about taking a second one to go, it was that good. And, last but not least, solid customer service! Very pleasing all around. Highly, highly recommend.
